Effect of the clinical nursing pathway on clinical symptoms, hip joint function, and nursing satisfaction in male patients with artificial hip arthroplasty

The purpose of this study is to explore the effect clinical nursing pathway on symptoms, hip function and satisfaction male patients who undergo artificial replacement. A total 102 had arthroplasty were admitted West China Hospital Sichuan University recruited. Participants randomly divided into group (given pathway) control routine intervention). hospitalization time, treatment cost, symptom checklist, score two groups observed compared. time cost significantly lesser than those (p < 0.05). Both showed significant improvement in scores but lower group. Similarly, day discharge, there was no difference joint between patients. However, 30 days after surgery, both remarkably improved 0.05), yet, higher that group, incidence complications (5.88%, vs. 23.53%, p could effectively improve symptoms undergoing arthroplasty, promote recovery function, satisfaction. Therefore, it one reliable schemes practice arthroplasty.
